For anybody out there who is thinking of using the services of Immigration Advice Service please do yourself a favor and look for someone else because you might as well open your front door bin and put your money there. Everything was really good prior and during the appointment, however after I was extremely disappointed as Immigration Advice Services have not returned any of my phone calls and after 12 days I have not had any correspondence and the promised e-mail with information as to what the next action should be in order to achieve my goals as discussed during the appointment. When I asked if there was a manager or someone more superior I can contact and query why is nobody getting back I was told that the company is not able to do anything more than just take my message and pass it on to the lawyer. Please please please don't waist your money and time on them. I can appreciate the business being busy, but at least bother to return my phone calls.
